Our affiliate company, Gentec Electrik Corp. is looking for a Plant HR/Admin Assistant to be assigned in Mandaue City, Cebu.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Assists HR/Admin Officer in the implementation of company rules and regulations
- Creates and maintains employee records and admin files
- Monitors and consolidates employee attendance/timekeeping
- Attends to employee concerns
- Monitor office supplies
- Performs other tasks that may be delegated by the HR/Admin officer or by the immediate superior from time to time.


Qualifications:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or any related
- With at least 6 months related working experience
- Detail-oriented
- Computer literate
- Trustworthy
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Ability to accurately follow instructions
- Willing to be assigned in Mandaue City, Cebu
