Providing support to the Accounting Department like scan, file and log accounting document, record sales report and revenues, Keep tract of accounts for commission collection
Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail etc.
Ensures Government compliance with SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig & BIR
Encoding accounting entries for data processing
Generating financial reports on a regular basis and preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills and accounts receivable and receivables
Managing the payroll and petty cash
Completing bank reconciliation
Managing company ledger with company accountant
Recording office expenditures and preparing financial reports.
Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
Other tasks may be assigned from time to time
Requirements and expectations:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance and Business Administration is highly preferred
A minimum of 3 years related experience
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent in oral & written communication skills
Self-motivated, driven & energetic
Willingness to work hard in a fast paced environment
must be willing to work in MAKATI or BGC
Can start immediately is preferred
Professional manner and strong ethical code.
Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
Successful applicants will:
Receive a gross salary from P15,000 to P25,000 depends your qualifications.
