Purchasing Staff
at EWIC Philippines Inc. in Biñan Laguna
Responsible for the preparation and processing of purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures. Also obtains requirements by verifying, preparing, and forwarding purchase orders; verifies receipt of items; authorizes payment. Ensures timely delivery of goods/materials and services on time and in good quality. Controls the logistic cost of every shipment to ensure importation is done in cost effective way.
Knowledge and Skill requirements
• Preferably graduate of Industrial Engineering or Business related courses.
• Minimum 3 years of experience and responsibility in Purchasing functions.
• Preferably with experience in working in an ISO-certified manufacturing company
• Preferably with experience in working with an ERP System such as SAP.
• Work requires professional written and verbal communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Work requires willingness to work on a flexible schedule
