Position: Japanese Service Desk Expert

Location: Cebu City
Salary: P 30,000 - P 80,000
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule with 2 days off
-Pioneering account in Cebu City
-Competitive salary package
-Filipino in both Japanese and English (verbal & written)
-JLPT N1-N2 passer
-At least high school graduate
-Preferably with CSR/TSR/IT work experience
-With translation experience is an advantage
-Provide service desk inquiries via email, chat and call
-Handling the resulting incidents or Service Requests
-Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems
-Responsible for initial assessment, research, and resolution of basic incidents and requests regarding the use of application software products and/or infrastructure components.
-Collecting information through a customer conversation, accessing support tools, and additional support staff.
1. Phone interview with Filipino HR
2. Language Assessment Test (oral and written)
3. Final Interview with Filipino HR
