Duties & Responsibilities
Sources applicants from various portals and networks.
Responsible for paper screening all applications and schedules qualified applicants for assessment.
Administers and evaluates exams.
Assists in scheduling interviews with Line Managers.
Monitors the completion of pre-employment requirements.
Coordinates with the respective departments the deployment of new hire.
Assists in scheduling the Orientation for new hires.
Processes the necessary on-boarding documents such as but not limited to Company ID, Project ID, Security Access, Email Account, etc.
Ensures the requisition of necessary office equipment for new hires.
Responsible for submitting weekly and monthly reports.
Ensures the timely update and filing of Manpower Support Requisitions.
Consolidates DTRs every cut-off.
Prepares request for payments related to Recruitment, Training, and Manpower Agencies.
Assists employees with their concerns and/or inquiries.
Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Degree holder in Psychology or Human Resource Management
At least three (3) years work experience in Recruitment and Selection covering various roles and positions.
Must have high attention to details.
Able to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment.
Fast learner, reliable, and requires minimum supervision
