1. Responsible for supervising the security and safety functions in a specific area of assignment.
2. Responsible for assisting the CRS Manager in the over-all supervision of personnel assigned in his section.
a.Orients new employees on job duties and department/ section procedures.
b.Trains employees on the job and recommends appropriate training whenever necessary.
c.Evaluates performance of employees.
d.Makes suggestions of manpower requirements of his section.
e.Prepares work schedule and other attendance - related requirements of subordinates.
f.Ensures compliance to policies on proper work uniforms.
3. Serves as management's 'eyes and ears' and provides immediate and intelligent feedback/ goals.
4. Assists in ensuring compliance to established security procedures and makes recommendations as to its review and/or continued implementation.
5.Leads the CRS Representatives in conducting searches/ inspections within the designated area before/ after store hours and any other given time if warranted.
6.Counter checks regularly the fire exits, fire extinguishers and all other fire-fighting equipment within the area of assignment and reports any discrepancy to the CRS Manager.
7.Supervises the following:
a.Escort services during the transfer of sales collections to the Treasury Office.
b.Security during promotional events and overtime/ inventory/ stay-in schedules.
c.Assists the CRS Manager in the performance of administrative functions.
8.Performs other related functions that may be assigned by the CRS Manager from time to time.
>>Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of any course, but Protective Services/ Criminology & Management Graduates or equivalent has an advantage.
>>Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employees specializing in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent.
>>Applicants must be willing to work in SM City Consolacion.
