1-Minimum 1 year of direct, continuous and progressive experience in outbound B2B cold calling
2-Apply a positive customer service attitude in interactions with all customers. Be able to establish a positive rapport.
3-Be patient and understanding in all customer interactions.
4-Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
5-Maintain regular attendance
6-Must have a reliable internet connection and must have a good setup to be able to work without any disruption
7-Must be an effective team player; with flexible and amiable personality, confident, aggressive and willing to take on the challenge.
8-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
9-Sales and goal oriented
