must have strong communication, sales and presentation skills;

Technical skills computer literate
Experience with at least 2 years experience in handling sales work for a hotel or resort
Personality must be of good moral character

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Reads, understands by heart and implements the assigned Position / Job Description.

• Develops, maintains and ensures maximum revenue production from all the Market Segment assigned by the Sales Manager.

• In-charge of monitoring, handling & maintaining the Hotel’s Website:
• Changes the pictures, videos & write-ups when the need arises;
• Ensures that Hotel Promotions for the Rooms, Banquet & Outlets are ongoing. Take-out or delete promotions on the day they would end or expire. Post new promotions.
• Consistently monitors daily the effectiveness of the Search Optimization Engine by reporting daily the rank & what page L’ Fisher Hotel Website is mentioned in all search categories.
• Technically improves the Hotel Website to ensure it being within the TOP 5 Ranking in all search categories.
• Reply to booking inquiries and respond to complains posted inside the Website.

• In-charge of Marketing L’ Fisher Hotel to all the Internet Social

• In-charge of monitoring, handling & monitoring all existing Internet Hotel Booking Websites.
• Shall join or enlist L’ Fisher Hotel in all the appropriate existing Internet Hotel Booking Websites. To name a very few of the hundreds existing in the internet such as:
- www.tripadvisor.com
- www.expedia.com
- www.directrooms.com
- www.bookings.com
- www.agoda.com
- www.traveloka.com


• Attains the monthly & yearly Revenue Quota assigned by Sales Manager.

• Solicits, secures and accepts Guest Room Reservations from accounts under the assigned Market Segments.
• Room Reservation must be correctly and completely filled up based on specification of booker.
• Printed form must be submitted to Reservations In-charge Original copy of the RRF shall be submitted to the Reservations In-charge and duplicate copy for file of the Sales Executive.
• All pending requirements, information and supporting documents such as online payment printout / credit card payments.
• All in-house documents required by said booking such as Upgrading & Free-of-Charge Forms, Special Arrangement memos must be processed, approved and submitted to the Front Office and other departments for the proper and perfect execution of the arrangement of the Clients.

• Complies with the established filing system of Accounts by the Sales Department for easy understanding and assistance by other Sales Staff.

• Prioritize daily work so as to attend to immediate needs of clients first for the efficient handling of the Hotel of their bookings.

• Extend at all times, “EXTRA-MILE-SERVICES” & “CLOSE FRIENDLY RELATIONS” to all accounts assigned so as to ensure their continued and loyal patronage.

• Must refer all special rates, requests and arrangements made by Clients to the Sales & PR Supervisor for Sales Manager, Resident Manager & CEO approval. Verbal Management approval must be supported by a Memo approval to be executed and processed by the Sales Executive asking for said special arrangement.

• Must refer all complains, negative and positive feedbacks to the Sales Supervisor for immediate action on the part of Hotel Management or Departments concerned.

• Shall report for work during Holidays (special & regular) and Sundays if assigned by Management.

• Assists and cooperates with other Sales Staff, Sales Supervisor and the Sales Manager in ensuring the revenue production and maintaining excellent service to all clients.

• Attends all meetings called by the Sales Manager, Resident Manager and CEO.

• Attends to any Hotel or Sales Activities inside hotel premises or outside that the Sales Manager shall assign or require.

• Assists and maintains a mature decorum providing a healthy working atmosphere within the department.

• Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Sales Manager, Resident Manager and CEO.
