Job Description

As a Remittance Customer Support, your major role is to assist all remittance concerns coming from the Company’s customers local and/or international.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration preferably in Finance or any related course.
  • Should have experience in Money Remittance Transactions (Domestic and International)
  • Should be knowledgeable and up to date with Anti Money Laundering Rules and KYC process
  • At least 6 months customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • AMLCertification is a plus
