The Customer Service Representative will provide customer service and resolves issues by offering solutions, explanations, options or by arranging travel service to our customers and clients.

Responsibilities and Requirements for the position will include:
Provides customer service and resolves issues by offering solutions, explanations, options or by arranging for service, by answering inbound calls and making outbound calls in a professional manner.
Respond to customer emails, voice messages, leads, inquiries and question and answers promptly and effectively.
Communicate effectively with third party companies in accordance with customer reservations, accommodations’ and events.
Verify customer information and identify special requests and customer needs.
Ability to communicate with irate customers calmly and professionally through both written and verbal communication.
Perform follow up emails and calls to ensure customer satisfaction as needed
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely courteous manner
Update and close any open complaint issues and communicate back to customer or other departments as needed.
Updates and maintains all necessary records and/or logs.

Essential Qualifications:
6 months – 1 years of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
Proficient computer knowledge, including internet, email and Microsoft Word
Fluency in English; both in writing and speaking, strong communication skills required
Must be able to type 45 words per minute
Must be able to handle stressful situations
Must be able to work effectively within a team as well as independently
Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays
