Full-time Personal Assistant

at Fort Link Documentation and Facilitation Services in Taguig

Reporting Relationship:

Directly reporting to the Board of Directors (CEO, Sales Manager and Marketing Manager)

About the Role:

The Personal Assistant is responsible in handling, organizing and managing daily schedules of the Board of Directors including office administrative and personal tasks. S/he is also responsible in dealing with confidential matters and provides personal and professional assistance to the executives to make the best use of their time on strategic functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manages diaries, and organizing meetings and appointments thru effective time allocation and information management
2. Facilitates booking and travel arrangements including transportation and accommodation
3. Organizes event and conferences necessary for the executives personal and business development
4. Establishes proper business correspondence, reports, documents, and forms and provides an efficient electronic filing system
5. Manages company and personal expenses thru efficient monitoring, and manages database and filing systems to ensure documents are organize and easily retrievable
6. Provides suggestions for improvement to the executives including administrative system and procedures
7. Liaises with company staff, suppliers and clients to secure necessary information to be relayed to the executives
8. Provides assistance to the Office Manager by securing necessary documents necessary for business-related registrations
9. Assists executives with their personal needs whenever necessary

Qualifications:

- A Graduate of secretarial course or any business related course
- With good verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
- Proficient in operating windows-based application
- Ability to be proactive and take the initiative
- Possess positive attitude
- Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic working environment
- Previous experience in bookkeeping is an advantage
- Newly graduates are welcome to apply

Salary Package:

P15,000 to P18,000

Work Schedule:

- Full-time, permanent
- Monday to Friday
- Regular hours

Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
