Full-time District Sales Manager

at Bell-Kenz Pharma, Inc. (Metro Manila)

The District Sales Manager’s main responsibility is to lead, direct, manage, coach the Service Account Representatives of the district in attainment of at least 100% district sales objectives.

• Achieve district sales target
• At least 80% of the time or 16 working days should be allotted for fieldwork
• Create a quarterly, 13-week business plan of direct accounts in the district
• Develop individual HSAR’s overall competency level to at least Level II

1. Strategic Roles
• Ability to identify issues, concerns and possible road blocks and define and navigate an appropriate course of action
• Identifies issues in the district and provides recommendations on how to address and improve systems
• Analyzes the impact of marketing activities conducted in the district

2. Managerial Skills
Business Development
o Manages Hospital-Nutra Service Accounts Representative’s performance to achieve at least 100% sales target
o Review sales performance, productivity and coverage and recommends steps in building a profitable business relationship with key customers
o Ability to craft clear roadmap and business development plan for the district
o Holds monthly meetings with HSARs for accurate interpretation of Sales, Marketing, Company Programs and other activities.
Market Development
o Oversees, ensures, and supports HSAR’s proper and timely implementation of Marketing programs
o Reviews HSARs’ assessment of business potential and opportunities in their territory
o Ability to stimulate gathering of competitive intelligence
o Establishes business and personal rapport with key MDs and dieticians to optimize sales productivity
• Ensures full compliance of HSARs to Mexico City Principle based on Company Guidelines
• Conducts semestral performance appraisal
• Handles and resolves District and HSAR issues in consideration with ones level of authority
• Increase level of employee engagement through bridging HSARs and Management
