Full-time HR Assistant

Job Description:

Core Function: Provides universal HR support to all personnel and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed including but not limited to:


Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Screening candidates and matching them to suitable job roles
Sourcing job applicants from the database and exploring employment opportunities
Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Make sure that all the correspondences from the applicants are properly address
Prepare 201 file of the employee
Assist recruitment in handling various recruitment tasks

Compensation and Benefits
Acts as a liason to the government agencies
Processing of loans, contributions and claims (SSS/PHILHEALTH and HDMF)
BIR Filing of Documents
Monitor documents for transaction with government agencies
Prepares monthly payment and posting of government mandated benefits

Other duties may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

At least College Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Development Management/Psychology or equivalent.
Recruitment working experience is an advantage
Willing to work in Navotas
