Frequently-asked questions…
Generally speaking, we’ll be averaging 3-5 episodes produced per week. And ongoing guest management on top of that every week. The output volume varies depending on length of the interview, relative urgency, whether we’re receiving some extra help with some of the components,
and whether you’re choosing to work a lighter or heavier week. The bulk of the job consists of taking the transcribed text…and molding that into beautiful completed episodes. You can view examples of completed episode content at

A finished episode consists of:
• 1) A corrected transcript marked up with highlights to identify components that we care to highlight or eliminate (Roughly 3 hours of work per episode)
• 2) Teaser bullets, pulled quotes, and potential titles that capture the most interesting things a guest said (About 1 hours of work per episode)
• 3) A post in Wordpress that encompasses the audio file, graphics file, episode description, links, transcript, all together (about 1.5 hours per episode)
• 4) A 200-600 word “Gold Nugget” WordPress post that summarizes the most valuable points that the guest offered for our email list. (About 1.5 hours of work per episode)

• Payment of PHP 30,000 per month, will be made, in four installments over the Friday of each week. Payment is not based upon article count or word count.
• 13th month payment is provided, paid out pro-rated for the year in December (e.g. if you worked half of the year, there would be a half-month’s bonus near Christmas)
• The flexible scheduling means that you’d work an average of 40 hours per week, 160 hours in a month, and 1,920 hours in a year. If you chose to work 8 hours a day Monday-Friday, that would mean you’d have weekends off and accrue 20 non-working days over the course of a
year. So, you could choose to take off on Holy Week, other holidays, vacations, sick days, or however you wish. You also have the option of working on those days and shifting those days off days to whenever you’d like. If you prefer, you could also work 10 hours Monday-Thursday or take an afternoon off and then make it up over the weekend. I just ask that you let me know which days you’ll generally be working vs. off and which hours you plan to be working during the following week.
