As a Jr. Database Administrator some of your responsibilities are as follows:

  • Build, patch and upgrade
  • Logical and physical data modeling and implementation
  • Back-up, restore, and recovery process
  • Monitoring, trend analysis, and capacity planning
  • Performance tuning and optimization
  • Access and privilege control
  • Problem diagnosis and resolution
  • Change and Release Implementation
  • Development, review, and revision of DB-related documents
  • Implementation and enforcement of policies
  • Assist in production related tasks
  • Assisting other departments in developing scripts for applications or queries
  • Provide technical assistance

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Required Skills: MS SQL Server 2005/2008/2012
  • Must have at least 1 year
  • Willing to be assigned to Eastwood Libis, Quezon City
